In case of loss or theft of your card or season ticket, you can obtain a duplicate.

What to do?

If you bought your coupon from the Kiosk or the Coach Station:

Go to one of our shops bringing a recent identity photo and proof of your identity.
A new card will be made for you with a new duplicate coupon valid till the end of the current month.

If you bought your coupon from an authorised seller:

Ask the seller to make you a photocopy of the stub of the coupon as proof of purchase, and stamp it for you. Then go to the Kiosk or the Coach Station with a recent identity photo and proof of your identity.
A new card will be made for you with a new duplicate coupon valid till the last day of the current month.
